Shipping policy

We currently only ship to US and CA.

Pet ID Tags
Pet ID Tags are sent by regular untracked letter mail within Canada.
You can upgrade shipment upon checkout and choose express with tracking.

It takes 3-14 business days to reach destination depending on your location. Please make sure you enter the valid address with apartment # if you have one so it doesn't return to us. If the mail is returned to us, we contact you so we re-ship to the correct address.

Pet tag orders over 48$+ are sent by expedited shipment with tracking information.

Canada: 5-12 business days
North America: 5-12 business days

Mail to USA is shipped with tracked international mail.

Mugs
Mugs take up to 10 business days to reach destination. Shipped expedited with tracking number within Canada and shipped with tracked international to USA.

Pet Accessories
Pet accessories are sent by expedited parcel within 4-7 business days with a tracking information.
